What counts as a session?
A session is one visitor's search activity on your store. It starts with their first search or interaction and closes after 30 minutes of inactivity. Bot and crawler traffic is filtered out at ingestion, so it never counts toward your usage.
How does overage work?
If you go over your included 3,000 sessions, we bill €1 per extra 1,000 sessions at the end of the month. We never throttle or cut off search. You simply pay for what you used.
